We show our work

A fair process is one you can check. These are the commitments we are holding ourselves to.

  1. Plain-English rules and fees, published before anyone files.
  2. AI disclosure in every case: what Claude drafted, and what the human arbitrator changed.
  3. Conflict disclosures from every arbitrator before they accept a case.
  4. A review step for anyone who believes the process itself was unfair.
  5. An annual report with case counts, outcomes by type of party, time to decision, fees waived, and anonymized reasoning.

Transparency reports

Our first report will follow the North Carolina pilot. It will be posted here.

Our mission commitments

We plan to pursue B Corp certification, which requires independent review of our social impact.
